State of Downtown

State of Downtown is an annual fundraising event hosted by the CCDMD. I was tasked with creating visuals that embodied the theme "Past, Present, & Future of Downtown." The event featured the presentation of the 2023 Impact Report, the Downtowner Awards honoring individuals and businesses, live music, and specialty tastings Presented by AEP Texas.

I experimented with 3D models of the event’s trophies, incorporating reflective and metallic textures. Drawing from Sci-Fi influences, I added a modern twist by integrating the bold and vibrant color palette of the Downtown Management District (DMD) organization. This design aimed to capture a futuristic vision for Downtown, while celebrating the past achievements and the exciting possibilities ahead.

Taste of Downtown

The tasting ticket is a strategic tool designed to boost exposure and patronage for participating restaurants and bars affiliated with the Corpus Christi Downtown Business Association (DBA). Distributed to VIP guests during the event, the ticket functions as a punch card, allowing guests to redeem appetizers or drinks at various tables hosted by DBA restaurants and bars. This initiative encourages attendees to explore local dining options while enhancing the overall event experience.
